Doors open next month on our new downtown preview studio: a forty-seat screening room tuned for dialogue-driven films, restorations and advance member previews.
We built the room we always wanted to watch films in — small, warm and ruthlessly well calibrated.
The space also houses a workshop corner for our directors' talks and school visits, plus a small gallery of posters from twenty years of programming. Members get first access to every preview screening held there.
The opening week pairs Silent Reels matinees with evening previews of the winter season. Booking opens to members first, then to everyone.
